You can customize and create new drop down lists for different fields under different modules. To start, go to Settings in the bottom left corner. From there, navigate to App Setup and select Dropdowns.
Clicking Dropdowns takes you to the page for creating new dropdown menus.
A list of fields will appear automatically, allowing you to create custom dropdowns.
Click the +Add New button to add a new item to the dropdown list.
You can also edit or delete existing dropdown fields.
