Project Listing

You can get an overview of all the projects in the project listing page. You can view the details and do inline edit. Project Name, Code, Status, Start Date, Completion Date, Progress% and Account Name are mentioned here. You can change the display pattern of the project listing page by clicking on either column or row view. New project can be added either by clicking on link in the left column or by clicking on tab in the upper right corner of the project listing page.

• You can perform a quick search of the projects by inputting the keyword in the search field.
• You can also search for the project through various search criteria available under the Advanced Search option.



• The various combination of advanced search criteria can be saved and edited with keywords of your choice and can be used to search repetitively.The keywords or phrase you have saved are available on the Saved Searches drop down.
• By ticking the check boxes beside the projects, you can select one/multiple projects and can mass update them through the Action drop down.
• The projects can be followed by clicking on . Once done, you will be able to receive all the project updates in the feeds section.
• The Projects can be added to you favorites by clicking on .
• You can delete a project by clicking on .
• You can set the number of rows to be displayed in the project listing page by clicking on the show drop down option.
• You can add comment to any project by hovering the cursor on it.
• You can view followers to any project by hovering the cursor on it.
• You can edit any project by hovering the cursor on it and clicking on
• You can delete any project by hovering the cursor on it and clicking on
• The display of Project Listing fields can be customized by making the cursor hover on and then selecting the required fields that you want to display.



• You can mass update the projects by clicking on the Action drop down. (Please note you need to select the checkbox besides the projects to mass update them).
