Lists Listing

You can get an overview of all the lists in the lists listing page. You can view Lists Listing by clicking on the link in the left column of the Campaign module. Name of the list, description, subscribers and segment are all mentioned here.. New List can be added to the Listing page either by clicking on link in the left column or by clicking on tab in the upper right corner of the listing page.

• • You can carry out a quick search of different lists by putting keywords in the field.
  • You can carry out an advanced search of the different lists by filling in the various search criteria. The search criteria will open up once you click on the link.

• • You can save the criteria that you put in the Advanced Search option. The criteria you save will be available on the drop down. Doing this will prevent you from typing in the same criteria repetitively.
  • You can click on the check-box to select one or multiple lists for mass delete.
  • The lists can be added to your favorites by clicking on icon.
  • You can mass delete the lists by clicking on the Action drop down. (Please note you need to select the check boxes besides the lists to mass delete them).
  • You can add a new list by clicking on the tab.
  • You can choose the display pattern (column view or row view) of the lists listing by clicking on either of the options.
  • Lists Listing fields can be customized by making mouse hover on and then selecting the fields you want to display.

• • You can edit or delete a list by hovering the mouse on it.

• You can delete one/multiple lists by clicking on icon.
• You can set the number of rows to be displayed on the page by clicking on the show drop down.
