ConvergeHub admin users can make audio call to all their contacts through the CRM itself. They are just required to download the Voice Call Twilio App from the ConvergeHub Apps Store and integrate it into their ConvergeHub user account.
Click on Get App option to include the Voice Call Twilio app in the My Apps section.
Click on settings to complete the integration of the Voice Call Twilio app in the user account.
Note: Clicking on settings will pop up a new section where you need to provide the Phone Number, Account SID and Auth Token.
Post the successful integration of the Voice Call Twilio app into the user account, you will get the call option for all leads and contacts (provided you have feed in their contact numbers into the system).
Clicking on the call option , a pop up window will appear from where you can make the call to the respective contact.
