The User Login Logs feature provides ConvergeHub Administrators with a powerful tool to audit account security. It generates a comprehensive, real-time record of every user who has accessed the CRM, including specific session details, login times, and device information. This allows admins to verify legitimate access and identify any unusual login patterns.
Access to this feature is restricted to account administrators and is located within the Administration Setup panel.
Steps to Access:
Log in to ConvergeHub.
Navigate to the main menu and click the Settings gear icon (at the bottom left).
In the Settings panel, locate the Administration Setup section.
Click the entry for User Login Logs.
Tracked Details
The table records every login attempt and active session with the following attributes:
Column Header | Description | |
Name | : | Display name of the user or system user performing the action. |
User IP | : | The IP address from which the login originated. |
Login Start | : | Timestamp indicating when the session or request started. |
Login End | : | Timestamp indicating when the session ended (if logged out or timed out). |
Login Type | : | Indicates the method of entry (e.g., APP for web browser logins, API for system integration calls). |
Browser | : | Web browser and version used for the session. |
Operating System | : | Operating system of the device (e.g., Windows, Mac). |
Device | : | Hardware category used to access the application (e.g., Desktop). |
