Manash has been an ardent CRM evangelist, having worked and developed numerous Customer facing applications in his past 20 years of experience in Enterprise world. He has been helping startups and entrepreneurs through their product development and go to market strategy. Prior to ConvergeHub, he has worked in organizations like Western Digital, Cisco and LG. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree and has completed management courses in the field of international business and finances. His passion has been to deliver a complete ecosystem for Small and medium businesses through simple and innovative tools and solutions and that led him to bring his aspirations through ConvergeHub.
Shampa leads the product management and engineering team. She has a Bachelors in Physics and a Masters in Computer Applications. Prior to ConvergeHub, she was a CRM and technology consultant for Cisco Systems, LG Corporation, Pyramid Technology (Siemens), along with numerous small and medium businesses. She has implemented multiple popular CRM systems (Sugarcrm, NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.) and saw how most did not fulfill the integrated CRM promise--which led to ConvergeHub.
Ted Finch is one of the top marketing experts in the high-tech industry, having launched over 450 products for over 200 vendors (including Microsoft, HP, Adobe, Corel, Intel, Epson, AOL, WordPerfect, Novel, Autodesk, Citrix, IBM, Western Digital, Sony, Disney, Lotus, DCA, Netscape, iOmega, plus has consulted with over 250 Fortune 500, Mid-sized and start-up companies). Ted is the former VP Marketing at Goldmine Software, VP at Harcourt, Sr. VP at Motorola, and VP Marketing at GE. In addition, he helped form Red Storm Entertainment with Tom Clancy, and led the marketing team that published Netscape, the #1 best-selling Internet software in the world at the time that inaugurated the .com era. Ted was the original VP of Marketing for Goldmine CRM (which grew 100% every year) just prior to the acquisition.
Glory oversees the reseller channel. She has a business accounting degree and has worked in sales, within real estate and professional leasing, at Deloitte & Touche (one of the top five accounting firms), retail management, and within the high-tech software industry (POS and CRM). She is excellent with relationships and is well respected within the reseller channel.
