Edit Sales Process

A sales process can be edited by clicking on ConvergeHub icon that occurs when you hover the cursor on the respective sales process. For example –

You can also edit a sales process by clicking on it in the Sales Process Listing page . For example –

Once you have selected a sales process to edit, you will be directed to an ‘Edit Sales Process’ page.

  • Edit the name of the sales process. Please note that the name section is mandatory to fill.
  • Description of the sales process can be edited here.
  • Change the sales agent to whom the sales process will be assigned to.
  • Set the new number of days after which the first activity of the sales process will start.
  • Click on the drop down and choose between between deal and lead for whom the sales process will be applicable.
  • Change the default criteria of the sales process as Yes or No according to the requirement.
  • Change the status of the sales process as published/unpublished. ConvergeHub depending on the fact whether you want the sales process to be active or not.
  • Click on ConvergeHub to update the changes made to the sales process. Or else, click on Cancel.
  • Choose between the stages – suspect or prospect whose section you want to view and edit.
  • Click on ConvergeHub to add another phase in the sales process.
  • Click on ConvergeHub beside any goal or activity to delete it from the sales process.
  • Click to add a new activity or tool in the sales process.
  • Click to add a new goal in the sales process.
