ConvergeHub is highly customizable and allows users to create custom tabs for different modules, such as – Accounts, Leads, Contacts, Deals, Cases etc.

- You can perform a quick search by inputting a keyword in the search field.
- You can also search the Custom Field by using various advanced search criteria through the Advanced search link.

- The various combination of advanced search criteria can be saved and edited with keywords of your desire and can be used to search repetitively.The keywords or phrase you have saved are available on the Saved Searches drop down.
- You can change the position of the custom fields as per your requirement.

- You can transfer the lead details into accounts, contacts and deals through the lead mapping option.

- You can transfer the target details into leads through the target mapping option. Post clicking on Target Mapping, you will be redirected to a separate Target Custom Field Mapping page:

- Select the lead custom field where you want the data from the target custom field to get inserted.
- Click on Save to complete the target mapping process.
- Click on
tab in the Custom Fields listing page to add a new tab to any module. - The listing of Custom Fields can be viewed in in both column
and row
formats. - Custom Listing fields can be customized by making the mouse hover on the icon
and then selecting the fields you want to display.

- You can copy a custom field by clicking on the Select drop down option.

- You can set the number of rows to be displayed in the Custom Field listing page by clicking on the Show drop down option.

- You will be able to export Custom Field by selecting the check boxes beside the custom fields and then clicking on the respective icons. You may delete a custom field by clicking on
icon. - By selecting check boxes beside the Custom Fields, you can can mass update them.
Adding of Custom Fields

- Select the module name for which you want to create the tab. A drop-down menu will appear for you to choose from.
- Input the name you want to view in the user interface.
- Create the fields that you want to display under the tab.
- You can select field type from – Radio, Check Box, List, Text field, Text area, and Date field.
- You can add multiple field items under the new tab.
- You can choose whether you want to publish the custom field or not.
- Select a Tab name.
- Set the help menu for the custom field for better understanding of the users.
- Set a default value for field items.
- If the custom field is mandatory or not during new record creation/update.
- You can choose whether you want the custom fields to have advanced search or not.
- Whether the field can be copied to create a new custom field.
- Enable to view the custom field in Quick View pop-up or disable it.
- You can choose whether you want the custom fields to have inline edit option or not.
- Enable the custom field for Mass Update or disable it.
- Enable for ‘Kanban View’ for viewing Custom Field in action drop down of Kanban View.
- Show/Enable custom field in Feed Entry section.
- Save to create the custom field for the selected module.
