How Dropdown values can be updated?

ConvergeHub allows you to update the dropdown values as per your process requirements. To do this, you just need to follow the steps below:

  • Click on Account Settings to go to the Admin Panel.
  • Click on Drop downs under App Setup.
  • Click on the option whose dropdown fields you want to update.
  • Click on New option to add value to the dropdown.
  • Hover the cursor on any of the dropdown value to edit or delete it.
