ConvergeHub allows the admin to send a broadcast message in the form of an ‘announcement’ or an ‘alert’ to all its users. Broadcast messages can be created by clicking on option in the left panel under the Administration Setup and then clicking on the button.
- Click on the drop down to choose the message type – Announcement or Alert
- Type in the message content.
- Set the Start date of the Message.
- Set the End date of the Message.
- Set the Status of the Message as Active or Inactive.
- Click on Save to complete the Message formation process. Or else, click on Cancel.
