ConvergeHub allows the admin to send a broadcast message in the form of an ‘announcement’ or an ‘alert’ to all its users. To create Broadcast Messages:
Go to Admin Settings.
Select Settings (Left Menu).
Choose Administration Setup.
Click on Messages. This will open the interface for creating and managing broadcast messages.
Then click on the New button.
Click on the drop down to choose the message type – Announcement or Alert
Type in the message content.
Set the Start date of the Message.
Set the End date of the Message.
Set the Status of the Message as Active or Inactive.
Click on Save to complete the Message formation process. Or else, click on Cancel.
