The user can notify the admin of a problem faced while using ConvergeHub by Submitting a Ticket.

- Input a self-explanatory subject title for the problem that you are facing in the Subject field. It is a mandatory field and therefore, can’t be left empty.
- Select the module name for which the issue has occurred from the Application Area dropdown.
- Select the nature of the problem faced by you from the Request Type dropdown.
- Add description in the text area provided.
- You can attach the screen shot to help support team understand your problem better.
- Complete the process by clicking the
button.
