With Zoom integrated into ConvergeHub, scheduling and starting video calls or meetings is just a click away. You can initiate Zoom meetings directly from your CRM, allowing you to easily connect with leads, contacts, and team members without leaving the platform.
All Zoom meetings, calls, and webinars are automatically logged and synced with ConvergeHub in real time. This ensures that your customer profiles are always up-to-date with important meeting details, enhancing decision-making and follow-up efficiency.

ConvergeHub CRM features an extensive App Store with various third-party integrations. To access and locate the Zoom plugin, click on Settings from the left menu, then select App Setup and go to App Store. look for the ‘Zoom’ plugin. Click the Settings button within the Zoom plugin to configure your account. This opens the Zoom Settings popup page.
Once you are in the Zoom Settings popup, enter the Zoom user id i.e. the email id used for your Zoom account. Then Click 'Connect with Zoom' button. It will take you to the Zoom login page. Enter your Zoom credentials and sign in.
To ensure that your Zoom account is connected to your ConvergeHub account provide your permission by clicking on the checkbox and then the ‘Allow’ button. Once the connection is established click on the ‘Save’ button for an uninterrupted connection.
Now that your connection is established, go to your ConvergeHub dashboard. Click on Activities and create an Event to schedule and launch Zoom meetings directly from your ConvergeHub account. Open any lead or contact, click the Zoom icon, and initiate a video call or schedule a future meeting.
Should you need to disconnect the service at any time, simply navigate to Settings from the left-hand menu. Select App Setup, and then click on App Store. Locate the Zoom plugin and click its Settings button, and select the 'Disconnect Zoom' option.
