Setting up Office 365 Contact Integration in ConvergeHub

1.Navigate to “App Store” or simply search “Office 365 Contact” in App Store

ConvergeHub CRM offers a plethora of apps in our App Store, which supports third-party integrations with the CRM. The App Store is the place where we keep on adding third-party apps that help in making seamless collaboration with other necessary business tools. To enter App store you need to click on “Admin Settings” under your user profile and then enter App Setup, which shows the App Store.

2.Navigate to “App Settings” listed under the “Personal Setup” in the Profile Settings

For setting up Office 365 Contact navigate to the Personal Setup, click on the ‘+’ icon (adjacent to the App Settings) and then find Office 365 Contact below. Click on Office 365 Contact for the setup. To setup click on the Connect button, this will open up a pop-up. If you have a pop-up blocker in your web browser, then allow the pop-ups from ConvergeHub.

3.In the new window, input your Office 365 ID and password, and then provide all the necessary authorization

Providing the necessary authorization will get you linked to the app. You can use your Office 365 authorizations, which will help you to connect your Office 365 account with CRM.

4.Update the Sync setting on the “Office 365 Contact” tab as per your requirements

You can customize the Sync Settings viewing the next tab (i.e. Office 365 Contact), where you can set the ConvergeHub Contact Filter, Conflict Resolution, Sync Option, Field Mapping and more other settings.
