The integration with QuickBooks Offline allows users to access QuickBooks data from within ConvergeHub

Post integration, all the information about customers, products, invoices, and payments can be accessed within the CRM, without the need to switch to QuickBooks Online in a new tab. This makes it easy to streamline and accelerate the entire workflow and automate a chunk of activities.
Create estimates and invoices in QuickBooks Online on the fly and it will be synced with ConvergeHub CRM. In addition, any Quotes, and Invoices created in ConvergeHub will be synced with QuickBooks Online.
In ConvergeHub CRM you can follow-up with your customers for payments and the same will get synced with your QuickBooks online account. Similarly, any payment received or updated in QuickBooks Online will be reflected in the ConvergeHub CRM.
With QuickBooks Online integration, you will view all the transactions listed under a particular account in ConvergeHub CRM. You can also view the history of all the transactions made and all the payments received from your customers.
ConvergeHub CRM offers a plethora of apps in our App Store, which supports third-party integrations with the CRM. The App Store is the place where we keep on adding third-party apps that help in making seamless collaboration with other necessary business tools. To enter App store you need to click on “Admin Settings” under your user profile and then enter App Setup, which shows the App Store.
For seamless integration with QuickBooks Online click on the Settings button, this will open up a pop-up. In the pop-up click on “Connect To QuickBooks”. If you have a pop-up blocker in your web browser, then allow the pop-ups from ConvergeHub.
Providing the necessary authorization will get you linked to the app. With this, the integration will be completed and all your transactions will be synced as per your preferences.
