2. Click Setup to extract it.

4. When all the prerequisites are successfully installed in the machine, ConvergeHub Outlook Add-in setup wizard will open like the below image.

b. If the outlook version is 10 then ConvergeHub Menu will be available before the Help menu in the command menu bar.

4. Click on Settings to open a pop up section. Fill in the Phone Number, Account SID and Auth Token fields there.
5. Get the Twilio Call option for all contacts (provided you have put in their phone numbers into the CRM software).
6. Click on the Call option. A pop up window will appear from where you can make the call to the respective contact.
