Network access

You can improve security of ConvergeHub account by allowing access to only specified IPs for preventing unauthorized use. To set network access, you need to click on  option under the Administration Setup of your Account Setting page.

ConvergeHub Network Access

  • You can set individual IPs separately. You can also add more than one New IP Address by clicking on .
  • You can define IP Address range to allow access. You can also add more than one IP Address range by clicking on.
  • Clicking on the  button will save the network access settings. Clicking  will nullify the process.

Summary Report Details

Details of a report can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding report from the Report Listing page. A summary report gives you an overview of all the important details in the report. In addition to the written information, it also offers different chart view of the report data.

Results

    • You can add the report to your favorites by clicking on convergehub.
    • You can edit the report by clicking on the convergehub link beside the name of the Report.
    • You can create a similar report by selecting copy from the Action drop down.

  • You can export your report in PDF convergehub CSV convergehub and list convergehub format.
  • You can set the number of rows you want to display per page.

    • The group shown in the chart is mentioned. Example- in the above pie chart, the different account names are shown.
    • You can select the chart view for the report by clicking on the drop down.

Different types of Templates available and how to use them

ConvergeHub provides a series of templates that you can use in the course of communicating with your leads and customers. These templates are predefined mail formats built for the following themes:

You can edit the predefined templates to suit your specific requirements.

How to Use the Templates?

Click on ConvergeHub link in the left column of the Template listing page or click on ConvergeHub button in the upper right corner of the Template listing page.

  • Fill the Name field.
  • Set the broadcast medium for which you want to create the template.
  • Select the Template theme from the drop down.
  • Choose a file from the local drive as the thumbnail image.
  • Select the modules to whom you want to send the template to.
  • Select the variable that you want to add in the Template Verbiage. Click on ConvergeHub to add the variables in the body of the Template.
  • Select the predefined Template category. Choose any one of the template designs under the selected category and click on Apply.
  • Edit the Template layout as per your business requirement.

  • Assign to user.
  • Attach a separate file if required.
  • Create Thumbnail
  • Click on Save. Or else, click on Cancel.

Messages

ConvergeHub allows the admin to send a broadcast message in the form of an ‘announcement’ or an ‘alert’ to all its users. To create Broadcast Messages:

  • Go to Admin Settings.
  • Select Settings (Left Menu).
  • Choose Administration Setup.
  • Click on Messages. This will open the interface for creating and managing broadcast messages.

Then click on the New button.

Messages
  1. Click on the drop down to choose the message type – Announcement or Alert
  2. Type in the message content.
  3. Set the Start date of the Message.
  4. Set the End date of the Message.
  5. Set the Status of the Message as Active or Inactive.
  6. Click on Save to complete the Message formation process. Or else, click on Cancel.

Mail to ConvergeHub

ConvergeHub provides the admin the benefit to automatically record all the mails that they send from the CRM application. To avail this feature, you just need to click on  option in the left panel under the Administration Setup section.

  • ConvergeHub provides a specific email address to every admin. While mailing to leads and contacts from the CRM, you can keep this email address as CC or Bcc in the emails. Doing this will automatically add the mails into the respective leads or contacts details page.
  • Click on Enable to select this option and avail the feature. Or else, click on Disable.
  • Add all the email addresses that you use while communicating with leads and contacts. Once you add the email addresses, the CRM system will take a note of it and update it in its database.
    Note: Only the emails sent from the recorded email addresses (with ConvergeHub email address as CC or Bcc) will be saved and added to the respective leads or contacts details page.
  • In case you send an email to a new lead or contact whose details are not stored in the CRM, you can decide whether ConvergeHub will:
    • save it as a lead
    • save it as a contact
    • do nothing with the new email contact
  • Click on Save to complete the settings. Or else, click on Cancel.

Report Listing

You can get a complete view of the existing reports through the report listing page. Name of the report, report format type, description and date entered are all mentioned here. The left panel of the Reports Listing page includes the following options:

    • You can add new reports to the CRM database by clicking on convergehub link.
    • You can view sample reports created by the super admin for reference purpose.

    • You can perform a quick search by inputting keywords on the Search field.
    • You can also search your Reports by using various search criteria through the Advanced Search link.

    • The various combinations of advanced search functions can be saved and edited with keywords of your desire and can be used to search repetitively. The keywords or phrase you have saved are available on the Saved Searches drop down.
    • By selecting check boxes beside the Reports, you can select all the Reports and from the action drop-down, you can Mass Update them.
    • The Reports can be added to your favorites by clicking on convergehub.
    • You can delete multiple reports by selecting them through the checkbox and clicking on convergehub.
    • The Reports listing page is paginated and you can set the number of Reports you want to display per page.
    • By selecting check boxes beside the Reports, you can perform action on them from the select drop-down. convergehub
    • You can edit convergehub or delete convergehub a report by hovering the cursor on the respective report.
    • The display of various Report fields can be customized by making mouse hover on convergehub and then selecting the required fields you want to display.

Difference between Targets, Lists and Segments

Targets
They are the people, who fall under the criteria of your target audience and thereby hold the possibility of getting converted to your business’s leads. Targets can be added manually to the CRM or can be imported through a spreadsheet. You can view, add and edit all possible contact details you have for a Target. You can also map a Target with Leads and Accounts.

List
It is the group of people who serve as the target of a campaign. ConvergeHub allows you to create your own list for every campaign.

Segments
Depending on the requirement, you can filter the campaign list by creating different Segments under it. When creating a Campaign, you can select Segments and Lists to target the exact group of people.

Predefined Reports

ConvergeHub offers its users 10+ Predefined reports in sales, marketing, customer support, and inventory management modules. You can go through these ready-made report templates, customize it as per your requirement and use it for your regular business analysis.

You can get a complete view of the pre-defined reports through the pre-defined reports listing page. Information like Name of the report, report format type and related module and so on are mentioned in the listing.

Create your vacation notification mail for your contacts

ConvergeHub allows you to send vacation-based Notification mails to all your contacts in four easy steps. Take a walk-through to how you can do this in a few minutes:

  • Click on the check boxes and select the contacts to whom you want to send the email.
  • Click on Action and select the option Email from the drop down.

  • Type in the subject of the email.
  • View the Cc and Bcc by hovering the cursor on the option.
  • Choose the Vacation Template option from the drop down.
  • Select Template from drop down list
  • Click to send the email message.
  • Click to Cancel the email messaging process.
  • Click to attach any files to the email.

Create your first Social Campaign

ConvergeHub integrates with social media to help you expand the reach of your products and services. Using this integration, you can post links, quotes, and promotional messages on the leading social channels from within ConvergeHub platform itself.

1. To run a social campaign through ConvergeHub, follow the steps below:

  • Type in the name of the campaign.
  • Set the campaign type.
  • Set the expected response figure in percentage.
  • Change the Start Date and End Date through the calendar that pops up on clicking on any of the date fields.
  • Write a few sentences about the campaign.
  • Set the currency. Once the currency is set, fill the estimated budget.
  • Total Cost shows the collective figure of all broadcast cost. This field will automatically get filled in after you input the broadcast cost.
  • Set the revenue that you expect to gain from the campaign.
  • Click on the ‘Save and Continue’ option to proceed to the Broadcast section.
  • Click on Cancel to stop the creation of the campaign.
  • Type the name of the broadcast.
  • Set the expected response percentage of the broadcast.
  • Set the revenue that you expect to gain from the broadcast.
  • Type the analytics tracking code.
  • Set the broadcast type as social.
  • Set the currency. Once the currency is set, fill the estimated budget.
  • Set the actual cost to be invested in the broadcast.
  • Click on Save to create the social broadcast. Or else, click on Cancel.
  • Sign in with your company’s Twitter profile
  • Add the subject of the broadcast message
  • Type the main text
  • Click on the checkbox if you want to save this social message in the My Template section for future use.
  • Click on ‘Save and Continue’ to create the social broadcast message. Or else, click on Cancel.
  • Preview the social broadcast message. Click on ‘Save and Continue’ to create the social broadcast message. Or else, click on Cancel.
  • Click on the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions
  • Schedule the social broadcast immediately or for a later date and time.
  • Click on Save to create the social broadcast message. Or else, click on Cancel.

Create your first Custom fields

ConvergeHub allows you to capture information specific to your business through the provision of Custom Fields. Admin users can create any number of custom fields under a range of modules such as Accounts, Cases, Contacts, Deals, Events, Invoices, Leads, Partner, Products, Quotations, Targets, Tasks and Users.

Create your first Campaign

ConvergeHub offers a powerful campaign management functionality. Users can plan the marketing campaign objectives, create campaigns across different broadcast mediums, associate multiple leads or contacts to the campaigns, define metrics, track the campaign performance based on them and accordingly modify their forthcoming marketing campaigns.
